Deposit required:

To secure your appointment a deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment on the day of your appointment.

if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24hours notice.

appointments cancelled with less than 24hours notice, or missed appointments will result in loss of the deposit. 

please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than ten minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened or cancelled and your deposit may be forfeited as it affects other scheduled clients.
